林峯隔别三年，于4月29日至5月1日在香港红馆举行第五次个人演唱会《HEART ATTACK LF LIVE IN HK》，减磅练得一身结实肌肉并以多个造型现身，开场时大玩地狱感觉，他身穿红色褛扮吸血殭尸跳唱，与众身穿护士装的舞蹈员大跳劲歌热舞，到个唱中段「One more time」、「Once Again」更半裸大骚身上彩绘；舞台设有不少机关，大玩舞台喷水及玩火花效果，他亦表演高难度玩命，半空倒吊并凌空翻身，于红馆山顶凌空漫步，到个唱尾声更深情培白。
